"staff very helpfull, beautifull place A++ but about room clean I give C"

"rooms were good & spacious, although bathroom was a little small. the shaving mirror was hanging off the wall which make it hard to use. the room was quite and sleeping was easy. nice pool area with padded loungers. despite the size of the hotel we allways managed to get somewhere to lounge."

There is a mosque beside the hotel and they do have prayer calls 5 times a day, including 1 before bedtime and another at 6am. For those not used to it, it can be very jarring. O quarto fornecido não era em piso elevado, como havíamos solicitado, mas depois de uma desculpa que não nos convenceu, foi-nos prometido um quarto no 3.º piso no dia seguinte, o que veio a acontecer.O mar não é aconselhável. Águas barrentas e a possibilidade de jellyfish, como o hotel honestamente anuncia em cartaz. Bom jacuzzi. O pior, a presença de uma instalação sonora 50 metros do hotel que pouco antes das 6 horas...

"Room was ok the only problem is that as soon as I get there they tell me WiFi wasn’t working, after a shower I notice that the toilet was leaking from the pipe behind it and there was no hot water at all not that you need it but not everyone is comfortable taking cold showers, the worst was the guy at reception, the day before I told him I had to leave early in the morning he told me no problem, when I get there day after reception is closed and they had my deposit, I start banging on the door...
