"Wonderful place to stay in Penang. Great food options in the hotel and also nearby. Easy walk around the top of Penang and nice to be just out of the busier centre.
Lovely rooms and decor throughout and the pool was superb.
The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially in the restaurant. "

On the other hand, the service could be improved, namely in the chapters around the swimming pool.
In fact, it was more like a fun-recreative area or a diversion-park: we could not stay there more than 3 minutes.

O quarto fornecido não era em piso elevado, como havíamos solicitado, mas depois de uma desculpa que não nos convenceu, foi-nos prometido um quarto no 3.º piso no dia seguinte, o que veio a acontecer.O mar não é aconselhável. Águas barrentas e a possibilidade de jellyfish, como o hotel honestamente anuncia em cartaz. Bom jacuzzi.
O pior, a presença de uma instalação sonora 50 metros do hotel que pouco antes das 6 horas...

Breakfast was nice but for such a large hotel would expect more options espically when full on weekend. Nice being outside of city centre but bus out the front gets you into town centre 15 - 20 minutes. Great staff"

While I kind of liked the setup of the Apartment some proper and professional renovation would do a lot of good, and overall cleaning would help. The major problem was that there were plenty of creepy crawlers and my daughter got bitten or whatever on the arm that we had to see a specialist at a hospital. We got informed this been a so-called "Charly Ant" and now, 10 Days after our daughter still has...

Location is ok - halfway between Georgetown and Batu Ferringhi.
Cleanliness of property was not great - there was hair in the showers and the sink was blocked.
Struggled to get responses sometimes."
