"The admiral Inn is a fairly nice Older motel. It’s two floors there’s no elevator so it’s all steps. The pool is older but fair nothing fancy there’s coffee in the lobby but no breakfast. You’re right near everything not on the beach side but just across the street and it’s a short walk to the pier, etc. I would probably give it 3 1/2 stars out of five. "The staff was very unfriendly when we entered the property at 3 pm. They said come back at 4 pm. We had our emotional support animal and had to wait in the hot sun for an hour. No decent lobby and no outdoor shading. The resort fee is $18 per person but with two pools it is not much of a resort. I think it is a hidden additional room fee. I would not recommend anyone stay at this hotel."

"Had a lovely visit at the hotel. We stayed for two nights and there was no housekeeping during our stay, not even for fresh towels or trash removal which we weren’t expecting. The place could have been a little cleaner, in particular the floors weren’t super clean and my white socks got filthy after one walk to the bathroom and back, and while it is an older property, the room was nice and big, and the staff was very friendly and kind. "It’s awful, sneaky policy to institute a $10/night parking fee and not forewarn us. I reserved and paid in full 6 weeks ago for Free parking!!!! Never received free bottles of water upon checkin No cups in the room Breakfast was very mediocre for a hotel that is attempting to be posh. I had an omelet, bacon, fresh fruit at a IHG Hilton a few days earlier. No bagels left and no more knives at Friday breakfast. No towels at the pool."

"Only 1 elevator location in the entire facility....some difficulty getting to our far-away rooms. Only entry allowed through the front main entrance which meant go up the one elevator location and walk to the extremities of the building if that is where your room is located. Get a room near the elevator! Staff and housekeeping were very accommodating. Parking for the most part is far away from the entrance. Again, with only one entrance, close parking spots were generally not available. ...
