Situated in the busy artisan quarter of Bath, there are a wonderful array of cafes and boutique shops only moments from this wonderful apartment. The Roman Baths are a 10 minute walk and the Thermae Spa a 12 minute walk.



The Space:

This beautiful apartment is bathed in lots of light from the Georgian windows above. The apartment is ideal for friends and family and accommodates 6 guests. As you enter there is a shower room to the right and a king size bedroom. This bed is a zip and link so it can be made into two single beds. There is a large living room with comfortable sofa, chairs and large flat screen smart TV, you can access entertainment such as Amazon films and Netflix. There is a dining area with a fold out dining table that seats 6. In the well-equipped kitchen, there is seating at the breakfast bar for 4 people.



Upstairs there is a super king bedroom with ensuite shower room and a double bedroom. Please note due to the open planned design of the apartment the Mezzanine where the Super king bedroom is located overlooks the living area - there is a glass balcony rather than a wall.

This apartment is suitable for children over the age of 10, due to possible hazards of steep stairs. Everything that Bath has to offer is easily accessed on foot with the centre of Bath on your doorstep!



DUE TO THE NUMBER OF STAIRS TO ACCESS THE APARTMENT, THIS PROPERTY IS NOT SUITABLE FOR WHEELCHAIR USERS OR PEOPLE WITH MOBILITY IMPAIRMENT.

- Due to the stairs this property is not suitable for children between 1 and 3 years old.

- Due to the number of stairs to access the apartment, this property is not suitable for wheelchair users or people with mobility impairment.
