"Overall a great place to stay in Allentown. The place is well appointed and the beds were comfortable. We ended up parking on the street as parking behind the building was a bit confusing to understand precisely where to park. You do have to pay to park on the street every day except Sunday. The owner of Gems and Joe was very kind and informative regarding the area. This is so much nicer than a hotel and so much more comfortable."

"Great location very modernized space parking could be a challenge although I now understand that there’s longer-term options in the parking garage is available other than the two hour parking. However, being busy while living there only paid 50 for parking for three days. Will definitely stay there again."

"Great stay. Apartment location was perfect. Very walkable. We chose to park in the 4th Street parking garage which felt safe and was an easy walk and was less costly then metered street parking. We did have some trouble finding the entrance to the building but Oscar was responsive and helpful. What I wasn't expecting was 40 steep stairs to get up to the apartment. This would have been nice to know from the listing as we were traveling with 3 small children (for the crayola experience)...

"The unit is as pictured and is very nice. I stayed here for 5 weeks and was very comfortable. The house has great amenities, which I really appreciated as I am a traveling student and am not used to a VRBO being so well-stocked. I appreciated the parking space as well. The neighborhood is okay. There is a nice park about a ten minute drive away. There was an upstairs guest as well, and the sound barely traveled, which was also a nice change."
