"The property was not what I initially expected, but in a good way. Its not a hotel. these are individual "suites" that open up to the back deck, or to the front. The suites are quite large, which was very nice for my family. Huge bathroom, and a large comfortable foldout couch. "I think my communication issues may have been on the Expedia side of things and have little to do with the host. I had a hard time navigating to leave a message and the only messages I received were sent in February, months before my May attempts to communicate. The messages I did read from Feb were hard to access and appeared in faded gray color font with copy and paste nearly unreachable as printing was off the screen of my iPhone. "You will not be disappointed with what you see once you see inside the doors. Beautifully decorated and everything you need, but... it is more like a modular 4-apartment home / b&b - no ocean view, at the end of a dirt road (lots of dust), but a few deer met us as we unpacked. We were skeptical at first, yet pleasantly surprised with our stay. I highly recommend, so long as your expectations are set."

"I can see how this property would be nice for a family.We had a small room, and it was very small.Not what I had expected, but it was clean and neat.And I loved the downstairs area where they offered snacks.And things like s'more kits for the kids and coffee and water and everything. We had been traveling all day and it was great to grab the water and a granola bar on the way up."
