He truly set the tone for our entire stay and just seemed like an all-around great guy. "The Hotel is excellent. The staff very nice. But they make a mistake and charge us the room in in the credit card again, being that we had paid the room through the Hoteis.com. We made a phone call and they found the error. But they have not sent so far the email of confirmation of the charge cancellation on the credit card as they had promised. We are still waiting."

"Room was big enough. But could’ve designed the floor plan differently. Didn’t really use the living room area. Maybe you could tear down part of the wall and put like a kitchen like area right there. But most of all it was great. Breakfast was great!! Fulfilling!! Need to make the room to the opposite side from the freeway. "
