"The Hampton Inn and Suites Boise-Downtown hotel was excellent. We enjoyed our stay. The staff that we interacted with were all extremely nice, pleasant, and helpful. The hotel checked on us via text message throughout our stay which was a nice touch. The breakfast was great and just enough variety for such a hotel. The rooms were clean, very spacious, beyond accommodating and quiet during sleeping hours. The location is perfect. This hotel was my 3rd option on my list of choices, missed out on...

"The Hotel is excellent. The staff very nice. But they make a mistake and charge us the room in in the credit card again, being that we had paid the room through the Hoteis.com. We made a phone call and they found the error. But they have not sent so far the email of confirmation of the charge cancellation on the credit card as they had promised. We are still waiting."

"No notice of construction before booking. Less than 24 hour notice of construction workers needing to come in our room and were very forceful and rude. Room was left dirty after construction workers left. Construction workers came in with no notice while we were gone. Construction workers tossing stuff out of the window and coming close to hitting our room window. Doors were always slamming. Hot tub was needing to be fixed a lot. Pool area was always dirty. "Check the sheets. Checked in late and literally showered and crawled into bed. Woke up this morning realizing the comforter was severely stained (and I had been snuggled up to it all night) with a brow large stain. This was also found on the boxspring mattress. I don't know if the sheet were stained or if they hadn't been washed since prior guest? Either way, it was really gross. Staff seemed very apologetic and attentive but since we booked through Expedia any compensation has to go through...

"Great place to stay! Some neat places to eat/drink close by. Downtown is a few blocks away but you wouldn’t know it because the house is in a cute little neighborhood. Room was clean and quiet. Would be a great place to stay for a team building event. All kinds of cool amenities throughout the house. Hot tub is huge and all the outdoor space is awesome. Will definitely be back. "
