"The Hotel is excellent. The staff very nice. But they make a mistake and charge us the room in in the credit card again, being that we had paid the room through the Hoteis.com. We made a phone call and they found the error. But they have not sent so far the email of confirmation of the charge cancellation on the credit card as they had promised. We are still waiting."

"Helpful staff, clean rooms and common areas. We loved our room with big windows and a view of the city lights. Everything was very comfortable and had great amenities. We hung out in the lobby where there is a fireplace and bar and people enjoying themselves. It was pretty special to have the arena right there! "Staff was great, room was clean and very comfortable. I was upgraded to a room with a fireplace in front of the bed, which was very nice. Bed, sheets, and pillows were very comfortable, which is the most important thing in my opinion. This is my second time staying at this property and I will be back for sure. When I come up to visit my two kids at BSU, no need for me to look anywhere else. Location, price, and value is spot on for my needs! Excellent burger down in the steakhouse too!"
