"Wonderful staff - from the airport shuttle drivers to the front desk! Nice, clean hotel in very convenient location with great amenities. You do need to use the ear plugs they provide on the night stands if the sound of traffic bother you at night as it is quite noisy. And, the bed was a bit lumpy. But, the room is very spacious as well as the bathroom."

"The Hotel is excellent. The staff very nice. But they make a mistake and charge us the room in in the credit card again, being that we had paid the room through the Hoteis.com. We made a phone call and they found the error. But they have not sent so far the email of confirmation of the charge cancellation on the credit card as they had promised. We are still waiting."

"Large clean room, comfortable beds, excellent shower (we didn't use the bath tub), fantastic breakfast. We also enjoyed and appreciated the included drink. Very nicely kept up hotel."

"Hotel is brand new. It was only the third day being open. Staff was nice willing to help. Room was nice, still had some construction debris in the room. Staff still learning systems and not everything was fully functional at the time. Overall the experience was good and I am sure as time moves along bugs will be worked out as business gets established."

"Room seemed nice enough when we entered. However when it came to the main purpose for getting a hotel room--getting a restful sleep after a hard day of travel--this place completely fails. First we chose this hotel partly for the on-site restaurant and bar, but the restaurant closed at 9, and the bar closed at 10, so we had to go somewhere else. Useless. The worst though is the sleep experience, or rather the experience of not sleeping. First, their cheap shower soap gave my wife a rash....

"When we initially checked in the front desk was rude and confrontational when I attempted to read some sort of contract they put in front of me as if I was wasting her time. I paid more for a view and what a waste of money that was. Expected to see the river and instead I got a dirt area and the fence of the pool, money well spent. Lastly the breakfast was mediocre at best with rubbery bacon and mushy fried potato’s. Won’t be coming back."

"Hotel hard to access. Entry is through the parking lot of an adjacent "C" store/gas station. While the room was decent from a cleanliness point of view, the hall was was dirty and needed vacuuming bad. There was a table in the hall that someone had written "dust me" in the dust on it's top, sometime in the past. Still there when we left. The "easy chair" in our room was thread bare and just plain worn out! The maid apparently had been instructed to leave just one "decaf" and one...

"There is no staff and access is via a code. I arrive late at night but there were no lights to let me see the code box. Note that the room is very nice and clean, the bed was comfortable. However, there is no TV in room if that is important to you. Parking on the street was plentiful. I only saw one other guest the whole time I was there. The shared kitchen, it has a coffee machine, but did not have wine or bottle openers. With no staff on site, there was no one to ask for assistance. It was...
