"Great location. Very close to everything. The room was very nice except it needs handrails in the shower and more than one hook in the bathroom for towels. A little bit longer hours in the dining area would be nice too. Nine o’clock cut off time is kind of early."

"The room was surprisingly clean and nice. Only reason I gave it a 4 was because there was some guys hanging around the property and I had to let the front desk know that wasn’t acceptable, but the staff removed them and it was a peaceful night. Out Tv didn’t work, staff came and fixed it. "

"The owners are super nice. They also have the cutest dog and the place is super clean and very easily walkable to the bay and to Dairy Queen. The courtyard is super cute and very quiet!"

"This is our first time at this resort hotel and so happy we chose to stay here. My husband and I loved the bed and the pillows. The room is very clean, spacious and has nice high ceiling. It is close to Busch Gardens which is just 20 minutes away and half a hour to the beach. We rate this10/10 and we will definitely stay here again. "

"Customer service was outstanding, all employees were helpful and friendly. There was a very nice continental breakfast included. Unfortunately the waffle makers were not working but all the other food was tasty and warm except for the sausage patties. The room was clean and the shower had great pressure with plenty of hot water. It was handy have a good sized refrigerator. "

"I can’t put into words how great my stay was at Element PTC. From the GM to the staff EVERYONE WAS GREAT! I was truly sad to leave! They made me feel like family. The complimentary breakfast was awesome EVERYDAY as well as the chefs and prep team! Front Desk staff were Super! The cleaning staff was very attentive! Please please stay here! Love me some Element PTC ALL BECAUSE OF THE WONDERFUL STAFF! Thank you all for a great stay!! I will be back "

"I have stayed at this particular hotel before and welcomed this trip just as kind as i was in the past. Ms. Amy is the best front desk woman I have EVER met! She greets everyone with the biggest smile and speaks to you when you walk out and when you come back in. Such a refreshing human being that I personally appreciate tremendously. "

"The hotel overall was nice but the floors in the room needed to be mopped. My husband stepped on a piece of blue glass in the room and the floor was dirty in the bedroom and bathroom . Other than that it was ok. "
