When I got there, they gave me a room that I did not pay for I paid for a room with a bed and a pull out sofa for my son. They give me a room with no pull out bed. "Room was clean but did not have a trash can other then bathroom. The beds were not very comfortable, shower pressure not great. Hot tub in the pool room was broken. 2 different days we went to pool and there were no towels. For the hotel we honestly expected more. Staff was extremely kind and helpful. "

"Parking spots were little tight and I have a smaller vehicle. I arrived 15 minutes earlier than the 3 p.m. check in and was told the room would not be ready for another hour to an hour and a half. They did swap us out to a smaller room that was clean and ready. We didn't want to wait for our room because we had an engagement that evening and wanted to freshen up and change prior to it after driving for several hours. You also cannot stay in the bathroom long enough to take a shower because of the insanely loud noise coming from the light.
