"House is well located, clean & warm. Large rear garden good for the dog. Easy drive to beaches and walking distance to main streets. Weather was not great but that’s not just the way it is at this time of year.All good "

"Bills Place was a great place to stay. Set amongst the trees, with big windows to enjoy the outlook, very quiet street with an easy walk along adjoining nature reserves to shops, cafes etc.The beds and couches were very comfortable.It has a well equipped kitchen for cooking your own meals.A great place to access walking trails and other activities in the area."

"We stayed for five nights and had a relaxing, enjoyable time. The rooms were comfortable and the view was lovely, we fell asleep each night to the sound of the waves. The property was clean, well-heated, and perfectly located within walking distance of shops and restaurants, even with a pram.Despite visiting during a very cold and rainy week, the multiple heaters kept the place warm without any issues. We also made frequent use of the washing machine and dryer, and everything was in excellent...

"Curtains in living area and second bedroom do not work and desperately need replacement. Could do with a small coffee table in front of settee.Otherwise OK but not more than 3 stars."
