"A lovely place to stay. We left a couple of items behind and requested if they could post them back. This was not a problem for them at all and I received the items within days. Lots of extras too! One of our party forgot their toothbrush, opened the cupboard and there were spares! Also impressed by the rubbish sorting system. Communication was excellent with all my queries answered promptly. "Rustic Treehouse catered for our large group and being pet friendly was a bonus. It was a good base to explore the Great Ocean Road and Otways. Only small negative (impacted the kids more than us) was the lack of internet speed and smart tvs, but it was a blessing in disguise as we were able to switch off and explore. "
