"The unit is very nicely designed and very clean. It’s easy to navigate and far enough from the other cabins that it still feels quiet and comfortable."

"This was our third year at this property. We are always sublimely satisfied. The best is the feeling of privacy being on surrounded by water on 3 sides. We like the simplicity of the decor and the lack of a TV. We also like that certain basic food stuffs are left (like salt and pepper) in case we forgot them. It's perfect. "

"2 bedroom small house was just what my friend and I needed for an event we were at in Lyndonville. Close to town and only 10 minutes to the event venue. Very comfortable. Air conditioning was on when we got there and we were grateful for that sine the temps were close to 90 with high humidity. Very clean and kitchen was minimal but had all the essentials. Bathroom was also clean. We saw a doe with a fawn every late afternoon walking across the tree line and very quiet at night. Thanks!"

"Everything was extremely well appointed. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could ever want, right down to the rolling pins and every kind of appliance. Everything, and again,I mean Everything was terrific, comfortable, cozy, nicely decorated, lots of space, great bathrooms, etc! I couldn't more highly recommend!"

"Todd is a wonderful host. He is extraordinarily responsive. The house is beautifully set up. The kitchen has everything you need to make full meals you can enjoy in the Adirondack chairs overlooking the stunning valley. The house is an easy drive to Willoughby lake and Mt, Pisgah for a day of hiking. We also biked on the Lamoille Valley Rail Trail and visited Hill Farmstead Brewery for spectacular beers in a lovely setting. As someone else noted, you really want to have a 4-wheel drive car to...

"Wow - what a gorgeous house. Love the fireplace.Hosted 5 adult friends in town for a race. Was perfect.Would love to come back and use it again in ski season."

"We fell in love with this place. We spent ten days and although we planned on exploring surrounding areas we actually ended up spending most of our time on this property. The location is absolutely amazing, peaceful, surrounded by woods and views of the Daniel's Pond. "We've enjoyed our stay at the kirby. The view is breathtaking .Kitchen is fully stocked but some of the utensils have broken handles. But it wasnt a big deal. One of the upstair room have no air conditioner so it gets warm on a hot days. Overall we love the kirby and plan to come back next fall."

"You never know what you are going to get with a short-term rental. In this case, the listing definitely undersells the property. It is clean, comfortable and peaceful. This is a great base to explore the northeast kingdom and the eastern townships or just enjoy Magog."
