The holiday home, which was last renovated and redesigned in 2020, is located in a separate residential building extension on the owner's approx. 500 sqm, fully fenced residential property in a quiet side street only about 10 minutes' walk from Barth town centre.



The approx. 45 m², tastefully furnished and centrally heated holiday home has a living room (upholstered furniture, flat-screen TV, radio, small dining table) with an open-plan kitchen area (ceramic hob, fridge with freezer, mini oven, various small kitchen appliances), a bedroom (double bed, flat-screen TV, insect screen) and a bathroom (shower, WC).



There is also a covered terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, storage space for bicycles, car park and WiFi.



Final cleaning, water and energy costs are included in the total price. Bed linen and towels must be brought or can be rented for a fee. To be paid on site: Tourist tax, laundry package (if desired). Pets are not allowed in this property.



Barth is a small town on the Bodden of the same name near the Fischland - Darß - Zingst peninsula. The Baltic seaside resort of Zingst is approx. 10 km away. The town has a historic town centre with restaurants, cafés and shopping facilities. Nearby is the harbour with passenger boat trips to the F-D-Z peninsula, the island of Hiddensee as well as crane watching tours and boat hire. The River Barthe, which flows into the Bodden on the outskirts of the town, offers good fishing opportunities. The well-developed network of cycle paths allows for extensive cycle tours throughout the region. Day trips can be made to Stralsund, the gateway to the island of Rügen (30 minutes by car) and Rostock (60 minutes by car).
