The Vineta city of Barth is located directly on the lagoon and is also known as the gateway to Fischland, Darss and Zingst. The mile-long, white Baltic Sea beaches, which are considered the most beautiful in the country due to the fine sand and their width, can be reached in 15 minutes. The port is the centerpiece of tourism. Fishing and boat building have a long tradition and still shape the special flair that makes the region so distinctive. If you enjoy the sunset with fish sandwiches or a glass of wine in the evening, you quickly know what it means.

The massively constructed holiday home is located on a 900 sqm plot in the western part of the city and was completed in 2017. Great importance was attached to the processing of high-quality materials in the construction and interior design.

Wooden floorboards made of oak provide a comfortable room climate, built-in fireplaces and dimmable ceiling spotlights for a pleasant ambience. All rooms are flooded with light through the installation of large wooden windows, but can be darkened by remote-controlled roller shutters if necessary.

The furnishings are without exception high quality. A large living area enables maximum seating comfort. Granite worktops and very good branded electrical appliances are installed in the spacious kitchen.

The large garden and the spacious, right-angled terraces allow you to sunbathe all day. In the colder months of the year, the separately controllable underfloor heating exudes pleasant warmth.

Carport and additional parking space in front of the house offer space for up to four cars.
