The Space:
The vacation apartment is located directly at the Barth marina in an old granary. The combination of the new modern design with the originally preserved granary style creates a pleasant, homely and cozy ambience.
Mein Speicher-Platz is located on the 3rd floor of the old granary and offers you a fantastic view of the Barther Bodden from the balcony.
The 45m² apartment has an inviting bedroom with a king-size bed, a kitchen with all the necessary utensils and appliances, as well as a bathroom and living room with sofa bed.

For a small fee, the “Mein Speicher-Platz” vacation apartment offers you the use of your own wallbox (11 kW) directly at your car parking space to recharge your electric car quickly and conveniently. Further information can be found in the guest folder in the apartment.

In a quiet location on the yacht harbor with a direct view of the water, the accommodation offers the ideal conditions for weekend relaxation or a long-term vacation on the Baltic Sea coast. The desk in the apartment also offers plenty of space to work.

The Neighborhood:
The coastal landscape and inland areas around Barth offer a wealth of opportunities to be active.
At the foot of the imposing St. Mary's Church, stores and restaurants invite you to take a stroll.
The Dammtor, one of the original four city gates, with a four-meter-wide passageway is also always worth a visit.
You can reach the Zingst peninsula and the Darß by boat or car. Barth is the ideal starting point for many worthwhile activities.

Getting Around:
You can easily reach the accommodation on foot from Barth train station in around 10 minutes.

Bed linen and towels are not included in the price of your stay. If required, you can book linen packages directly with us up to 5 days before your arrival. Please note that it is not possible to book linen if you book less than 5 days before your arrival date.
