"It was the first time a hotel had my room ready and wanted to charge $20man hour for an early check in and was a little disappointed in that. Also was not aware that they only cleaned the room every other day, which is fine if I was made aware of it. Had to call the desk at 12:30 am when to get towels for the next morning, which the girl at the desk was very accommodating."

"There was no problem with the parking you could park right in front of your door. It’s a little bit on the older side, but it’s kind of cute and funky and it was really clean and I knew we were going to be arriving late and the person that I talk to on the phone was so helpful and she explained everything about how the key and the lock box worked and it was very easy . "Location was excellent. Room was tiny and not particularly clean. Sink was a bit clogged and toilet was not flushing properly. To get to room, you had to walk up a very large flight of stairs (with luggage). Free breakfast had limited selection and just plain not good. I would never stay here again."

"100 year old small hotel in a small Pocono town. Has everything you need, comfy bed, tiny shower, in room wine glasses. Coffee and packaged snacks and fruit are in a central location. There is an excellent Italian restaurant with a lively bar on the first level. Be sure to reserve for dinner during your stay. The hotel does make clear your room is located on the 2nd floor. No elevator."

"We experienced multiple cleanliness and maintenance issues, including: * Hair in the shower when we arrived. * The shower drain was clogged, causing water to back up while showering. * The wall around the air conditioner was wet, suggesting a leak or moisture problem. * There was visible deterioration behind the wall/baseboard with exposed debris and damaged materials. * The carpet was stained and appeared dirty.
