"Loved our stay. Spacious home with incredible river views. Enjoyed relaxing on the porch and there's an amazing spot to jump in the refreshing river. Perfect for post hike! Quiet and serene. "

"Stayed for an extended weekend (Friday-Monday) at the end of May for our Anniversary. Found the listing while browsing, and fell in love with with the pictures. Initially we booked for a Fri-Sun. I requested a late checkout and the hostess was glad to work with us. Later, when I realized that it was a holiday weekend, I reached back out to her and she helped us to extend the weekend until Monday. Relatively isolated (could hear occasional foot and vehicle traffic over the Baring bridge, one...

"Wow!!! This place is beautiful. The views are amazing and the inside of the house is so cozy and welcoming. We loved staying here and hope to come back soon! "

"The perfect couples getaway. The cabin is nicely secluded and feels very private. The kitchen has everything you need to make meals, and the assortment of teas and coffee was a great amenity. The bathtub was DIVINE, and the heated floors were a huge perk. The sounds of the river were so relaxing, especially while soaking in the hot tub! We cannot wait to come back!"

"My second stay at Sky River, needless to say we really love it! A wonderful log cabin right in the Skykomish, very private and cozy. Rustic in the good way, with most amenities but you will prefer to read a book, sit by the fire pit or float in the river. See you next year!"

Our kids got in and swam but it was a little too chilly for me...lol. fire pit was really nice to sit around at night and of course we roasted marshmallows and had s'mores. John was an incredible host and was there to answer any questions I had."

"Lovely location, easy to find. Great amenities, we enjoyed the table tennis, propane grill, and hot tub. We knew there would be trains occasionally and we actually enjoyed when they’d go by when we were outside! Inside, we could only faintly hear them. It was 85 degrees but this would have been even more cozy in rainy weather with the several covered areas. If you have wet weather, I think this would be the ideal place to stay! Might have to come back during some drizzle for cocoa and blankets...
