This beautiful, bright apartment is located in a building that has belonged to my family for several generations. It has been recently renovated. It is situated right in the heart of Barcelona, on Plaza Urquinaona, a 5-minute walk from Plaza Cataluña, the city center.
It has a floor area of 70 m² and sleeps 4 people, and is laid out as follows:
Upon entering the apartment, guests will find an open-concept space that combines the kitchen, living room, and dining area.
From there, you can access the two bedrooms. One of them has a large double bed, and the other has two single beds.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator-freezer, oven, glass-ceramic cooktop for comfortable cooking, microwave, toaster, kettle, capsule coffee maker, and all the necessary utensils to cook just as you would at home.
The living room leads to an utility area with a washing machine and a fully equipped bathroom with a shower.
The living room features a TV with internet access for entertainment and a comfortable sofa that seats four people. From there, you can access the spectacular 120 m² private terrace, where guests can enjoy pleasant evenings. The terrace can also be accessed directly before entering the apartment.
Free wireless Internet (WiFi) is available throughout the apartment.
TOURIST TAX PAYMENT
Tourists visiting Barcelona are required to pay a tax to the City Council and the local government. The fee is €9.50 per person over the age of 16 for each night of stay, up to a maximum of 7 nights/days. People 16 years of age or younger are exempt from paying this tax.
This tax must be paid in cash at check-in.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
In accordance with “Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26,” I am required to provide my guests’ information to the police. Therefore, a photo of each guest’s passport or ID will be taken at check-in.
