The studio has a double bed, which is on a higher level that is accessed from the living room by stairs. The living room is spacious and has a double sofa bed. well equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped, with stove, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine and everything you need to cook and eat comfortably.
High speed Internet connection, TV and DVD.
This study is available only for rentals of long periods, of more than one month, ideal for 1 or 2 people (see Services tab and complementary information above in this same file of this apartment).
Linens and towels. Ideal to accommodate a person or a couple or up to four people.

Excellent communications for mobility in Barcelona or to leave the city.
Following the new law implemented in Barcelona as of 01/01/26, tenants are required to :

certify, by means of a document, the purpose of their stay (work, studies, medical or healthcare services, vacation, etc.).
to provide a security deposit upon arrival equal to one month’s rent, which will be refunded upon departure if everything is in order.
