Modern and comfortable apartment in the heart of the city

The one-bedroom and one-bathroom apartment is located in the centre of Barcelona, 100 metres from Las Ramblas and 5 minutes walking distance from Catalonia Square, the main attractions of the city.



It has air conditioning, a safe, and free Wi-Fi.



This apartment has been completely renovated in an elegant and tasteful style to perfectly combine comfort with interior design.



The lounge has a comfortable sofa that converts into a double bed, a dining area equipped with chairs and a satellite television. The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle for tea, dishwasher and washing machine.



The bedroom has a double bed and bathroom with shower cabin



Towels and bed linen are provided upon arrival.



This apartment does not have private parking. However, a public car park is located approximately 300 metres from the apartment.



The photographs shown of this apartment are a selection from various apartments in the same building. The apartments may vary in terms of decoration and layout of spaces, but they all have the same style. Upon arrival, a specific apartment will be assigned.



No parties or stag/hen dos are allowed.



The Tourist Tax is not included in the apartment price. The rate in force at the time of the stay will be applied, per adult and per night, up to a maximum of seven nights.



You can do the self-check-in with our smartphone app. You will receive a message with all the information.



Our Reception is located at number 1 Passatge Sert, where you must collect your key between 9:00 and 20:00 from Monday to Friday (except holidays from Monday to Friday). If your arrival is on Saturday or Sunday (or a holiday during the week), key collection is at Aribau Street 228. Opening hours are from 09:00 to 20:00. Mobile self check-in from 15:00



Entries from 21:00h onwards are made in person at the apartments and have an extra cost of £30.

The furniture and other amenities were in good condition. It was very difficult getting confirmation and lacked personalized service. Processed like a number without regard to traveling situation. Garbage situation should be explained prior to booking.

Difficulty with registration process and they were not good responding! When we finally got in, it was bare bones: no salt, pepper, coffee, sugar, etc. Water was a trickle in the kitchen. No food storage items (plastic, foil, etc.). No towel holders in bathroom. Shower leaked under shower door. Bed was comfortable and the location was good. But Sunday night is trash pickup and it was unbelievably noisy for about an hour at like 3 am.

Perfect place to stay in quaint Barcelona

The apartment was very clean. Bed was super comfortable!! Perfect place to stay for a week or even a few days. Everything you need is right outside front door. Close to so many places and just few min walk to Las Ramblas.

Great Location

The apartment was great. The location was great within walking distance of most sites. The checkin process was a breeze as long as you have a basic understanding of how to use your mobile. The only down side was the noise late at night and early morning. Bring earplugs!

Nice apartment in Gothic Quarter

Very nice, well-appointed apartment in the heart of the Gothic Quarter in Barcelona. Steps from La Rambla and Mercat de la Boqueria, but it is on a small side street so the unit is surprisingly quiet for how busy the neighborhood is. Perfect base for exploring Barcelona. I would highly recommend for couples.

Poor people skills

Check-in was extremly poor. They had us wait outside the building for over 45mins eventhough we emailed them that we were arriving 1hour early. So after traveling for over 18hrs, waiting outside for what appeared to be no good reason really left a bad taste in our mouth. It's not like ALL the apartments are magically available at the same exact time. Then we couldn't get inside the apartment because their electronic key card system wasn't working. Housekeeping let us in. Then to convince them that we weren't doing anything wrong in terms of the key set-up, we had to send them numerous videos. They seem to always assume that the guests are wrong/stupid or incapable. We had to walk over to the management office which was about a 15min walk for a set of physical keys. They didn't even volunteer to drop off the physical keys. Lastly, we asked for an extra hour for check-out to which they responded that they couldn't because they had to accommodate the next guests who were arriving early. I responded, it was ironic since we did not get the same consideration or accommodation. They then responded, "sorry that we were confused with their policies". We weren't the ones who were confused. They totally missed the point and the mark in terms of guests services and appropriate people skills.

Beautiful apartment and wonderful location

This apartment was terrific for our family of 4. Very short walk to Les Ramblas, la Boqueria and a subway station. The bed and the pull out bed were comfortable. The kitchen and dining room were large enough to allow us to spread out. Our apartment had little balconies which allowed us to sip coffee and watch people walk through the streets below. Definitely recommend this apartment.

Convenient location

Great newly renovated apt in Gothic district tucked away off busy streets. Convenient to all. Check in process was ok we went to the property office and got old Fashioned key cards instead of the online key app. Saw previous reviews of confusing check in process so went right to the management office desk upon arrival. They were very helpful, but it was a weekday and they were open. Building and apartments felt like hotel vs someone’s apartment.

Wonderful

An absolutely fabulous location to everything, Accommodations we’re beautiful!Walked everywhere!Strongly recommend this place however we struggled getting in. No access by car and struggled with waze to find. A police officer told us to park in a garage and walk.once there we loved the location.

Modern apartment in historic city

We loved the location. Spent 6 nights in the apartment, and saw so much of Barcelona. Cannot stress enough how convenient to all Metro and bus service.

Enjoyable Stay in the Gothic Quarter

The location was almost perfect - a two minute walk to La Ramblas and a five minute walk to the Metro. We would stay there again. The check in process left much to be desired. I went through their (IMHO annoying) checkin process ten days ahead of our stay, and Ola Living acknowledged it. But as we were en route to Barcelona, I started getting emails saying the check in needed to be done. After a lot of email back and forth, including me having to capture an image of their website saying I was checked in, Ola Living finally let me know things were OK and sent me the digital key.

Problem with Double Booking

There was an unresolved problem with a double booking wherein when the clients checked in, they were not advised that there were two bookings for the same unit. The Manager charged my clients for a "NO SHOW" which was not the case at all. I believe the apartment should have caught the double booking and contacted me or the client to clarify.
