About the Apartment
The first bedroom has a double bed. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with two single beds
Living Room: A comfortable space with a sofa bed, a dining table for four, and a TV. There is also a private balcony.
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, and a mixer. You will also find a Nespresso machine and a washer/dryer combo.
There are two bathrooms, each with a toilet, shower, and a hairdryer.
Central air conditioning and heating, Towels and bed linen, A baby cot

Smooth Check-In
Before you arrive, you will get:
A link to complete your guest registration
A link to pay the required tourist tax
Please let us know your arrival time so we can schedule your check-in accordingly

Please note that those steps should be completed at least 24hr before your arrival to organize your check-in. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee that you will receive all the instructions in time & there could be considerable delay to enter the apartment (& possible extra charges).

House Rules & Check-Out
Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
Please take out the trash before you leave.
Leave the key inside of the apartment on the day of check out.
No parties or events are allowed.
Quiet hours must be respected.

City tax:
6,88 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
- The city tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
- The city tax does not apply to those under 17 years.
- The city tax does not apply to stays longer than 31 nights.
Pets - not allowed
Arrival between 21:00 and 23:00 is subject to 30 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 23:00 and 02:00 is subject to 40 late arrival fee.
