My husband and I stayed at this wonderful place for 11 days. It was absolutely perfect for us: we walked everywhere—especially Gràcia and L’Eixample (one only needs a taxi or public transport to get to Park Güell, the Joan Miró museum, Barcelona’s). We loved that it had a washer/dryer, two bathrooms, and a very comfortable bed in the primary (firm and supportive, with great pillows). Despite being mid March, we didn’t need heating at all, and in fact kept the window open in the main bath for additional cooling at night. The sweet balcony overlooks the best ice cream shop, which we frequented. There is an elevator to get to the apartment, very convenient with luggage, but you must be able to climb a few stairs to access the bedrooms and primary bathroom (not an issue for us). Communication with the owner, Luis, was outstanding, and he even arranged for a taxi to pick us up in the very early morning to take us back to the airport at the end. All in all, fantastic stay, and we will definitely book this place again when we return.
