Beautiful studio in the heart of Barcelona

This flat can accommodate up to 4 people at a time, as the sofa bed in the living room offers capacity for 2 more people in addition to the two staying in the bedroom. This bright and spacious studio has a very modern floor plan, with everything consisting of one large room, where walls with openings separate the different sections. This gives the flat a very nice and comfortable feel, where everything is at hand all the time, but feels like separate rooms. This design makes the flat look much bigger than it really is.

This spacious unit has a full private bathroom and is far from ordinary. This bathroom is a rewarding place to get ready for a busy day or unwind from one.

While you may want to spend your time exploring Barcelona's famous restaurants, sometimes there's nothing like a home-cooked meal. And this flat features a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to make meal preparation easy. Custom cabinetry provides plenty of space to store your family's favourite foods, and modern appliances, including a quiet dishwasher, make it easy to prepare meals for your hungry crew.

Grab a cup of coffee in the morning and have breakfast together in the cosy breakfast nook overlooking the beautiful temple.

The lounge area is located in the centre of the flat, making it easy to move around the space. The mostly white space accented with touches of colour is the perfect place to catch up on conversation or watch TV. large floor-to-ceiling windows let in plenty of natural light.

As for the outdoor space. While there is no private patio or balcony connected to this unit, staying here allows you to step outside your door and immerse yourself in the culture and beauty of Barcelona. You're just a short walk or metro ride away from cafes, restaurants, pavement boutiques, and some of Spain's most iconic and historic sites.

In accordance with Community rules, and seeking good coexistence between guests and neighbors, at least one member of your party must be over 25 years old to stay in this apartment.

No Smoking: Please note that this is a strictly non-smoking apartment. The apartment is equipped with smoke detectors.

No Parties: Strictly no parties are allowed in this apartment as the apartment is located in a residential building. If you come to party, please book somewhere else.

No Noise at Night: Excessive noise is not allowed after 10PM/22hs as the apartment is located in a residential building until 8AM/8AM the next morning.

The apartment has a NoiseAlarm installed: This device only measures the noise volume level and sends an alert when the maximum set limit is exceeded. By measuring only sound pressure, NoiseAlarm does not record any audio, video or conversation, and offers 100% privacy to guests.

This system helps make tourism more sustainable. If you do not respect these rules, we reserve the right to ask you to leave immediately, as the relationship with our neighbours is of utmost importance to us.

Late check-ins: If you arrive outside of normal check-in hours, please note that a late check-in fee will be charged. If you arrive after 22/8pm the fee is €20, and after 24/12am the fee is €50.

If a guest loses a set of keys during their stay, a charge of €80 will apply.

Please note that if you book at the last minute (less than 24 hours before your arrival), the official check-in time will be subject to our availability and will be after 16:00.

Municipal Tax: We have to charge you the Barcelona Municipal Tax per guest over 17 years old per night, before your arrival at the apartment. Please note that this may vary depending on the current year.

Passport information: It is required by law to register all persons staying in any tourist accommodation with their full name, date of birth and passport number. Therefore, we will ask you to provide us with this information before your arrival.
