The apartment is equipped with centralized air conditioning, shared
Wi-Fi, and an old-style elevator (which may generate some noise).

The accommodation
Enjoy this recently renovated apartment in 2025, modern and very
bright, ideal for a comfortable stay in Barcelona. With its 50 m², it
can accommodate up to 3 guests and includes two bedrooms with double
beds and a full bathroom with a shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped, suitable for both short and long stays.
The living room stands out for its great brightness and views of
Avenida Paral·lel, as does the main bedroom, providing natural light
throughout the day. The dining area is located in a space separate from
the living room, offering a practical and comfortable layout.
The apartment has centralized air conditioning and shared Wi-Fi. It is
located in a building with an old-style elevator, typical of
traditional Barcelona buildings, which may generate some noise.
🚭 House rules: Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the apartment,
including balconies and terraces.

close to Poble-sec, Montjuïc, Las Ramblas, and public
transportation—ideal for discovering the city easily.

Baby cot:
Price: €30.00 per reservation. Not guaranteed. Guests must request it
24–48 hours in advance and, if available, it will be provided.
Extra guest:
Each additional guest not included in the reservation will be charged
€10 per night.
Use of the elevator by neighbors may generate noise both during the day
and at night.
Late check-in
Check-in hours are from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday (please
contact us if you would like to check in earlier).
Outside these hours, a €30 cash fee will apply; after 10:00 PM, the fee
will be €50.
If the arrival day is a local or national holiday or during the
weekend, the cost will be €30 until 10:00 PM, and €50 after 10:00 PM.
If the arrival day is December 25th, December 26th, or January 1st, the
fees will be €40 until 10:00 PM, and €60 after 10:00 PM.
The Barcelona Tourist Tax applies (€6.25 per person per night, for
guests over 16 years old, up to a maximum of 7 nights).
SMOKING IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN under any circumstances. Any complaint or
evidence of smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction
and a fine of at least €400.
PARTIES OR GATHERINGS ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN. If a complaint is
received and/or police, security, or neighbors intervene, a €500 fine
will apply (in addition to any police fines).

• Note: Construction works are currently taking place nearby, so some
noise may occur during your stay (during working hours only).

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire apartment.
Other remarks
Smoking is strictly forbidden in all areas of the apartment, including
balconies.
The property will not be held responsible under any circumstances for
theft, burglary, or loss of personal belongings that may occur within
the premises.
Guests are strongly advised to take the necessary precautions to
safeguard their valuables, including the use of safety deposit boxes if
available, and to keep doors and windows properly closed and secured.
The security of personal belongings is the sole responsibility of the
guest.
