Villa Spicciano is an ancient semi attached Villa recently restored and equipped with any confort you may need. The property’s rustic stone-walled exteriors have a lovely charm to spare, and the Villa is a perfect place for a relaxing getaway.

The villa has also been decked out with fitness room with a view on the beautifull country side and on the whirpool, where you can relax during the hot summer days. The Villa features ample social spaces, all very well appointed. The beautiful wooden floors, the stunning wooden ceilings and also the various fireplaces will give you unforgettable moments of a Tuscan dream holiday.

Located 5 minutes away from the village of Tavarnelle Val di Pesa the villa is the perfect getaway for those looking for absolute relaxation. It is also the ideal starting base for daytrips to nearby hilltop villages, the most important Tuscan cities of art and the famous wine producing farms of the area.

ACCOMODATION: the villa can accommodate 12 persons in 6 double bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms with shower. It extends on three levels:

lower floor: the villa opens in a living space with a confortable sofa and from this living room through the internal stairs it is possible to reach the double bedrooms Viola and Margherita, both with Queen size beds (bed size 67'x79 ') and ensuite- bathrooms with shower. Always, on the Villa lower Floor you will find a spacious Kitchen furnished in Tuscan style which leads directly to the dining area with big white table and Twelve chairs. On the same level you can also find the Wellness room equipped with a treadmill, a stationary bike, and additional fitness machines.

Ground floor: you will find living space with sofa as well as the second kitchen equally completed equipped, and a large terrace for your al fresco dining. The terrace with an ample table that can sit up to 12 guests, is screened with wrought-iron paoffers which offers a total privacy from the neighbors.

First floor: on this level are located the three Queen bedrooms Rosa, Girasole and Peonia. All the bedrooms have ensuite bathroom with shower. The sixth bedroom, The Bedroom Gelsomino, is located on the Villa's higher level, on the tower, with a stunning view on the Tuscan countryside, covered of wineyards and Olive oil trees.

All of the bedrooms include Queen size beds and en-suite bathrooms with shower, windows screen and Bedroom Rose is also furnished with typical Tuscan fireplace. The house is completely air conditioned, TV-Sat and Wi-Fi.

Due to the interior layout of the villa, specifically the presence of steps, the villa is not suitable for guests experiencing mobility issues.

GARDEN & SWIMMING POOL: The villa offers a private plonge pool (3 x 5 meter, depth 1,20 meter) and Jacuzzi, where you can relax during the hot summer days.

In the outside area you can find the barbecue for your al fresco dinners organized with table and chairs.

The price excludes (to be paid to the property): final cleaning: Euro 350.00; air conditioning (if used): Euro 300.00 per week; heating (if used): Euro 300.00 per week; city tax: Euro 1.50 per person per night.

Extra services (on request): extra bed: Euro 100.00 per week; baby cot: Euro 50.00 per week; extra maid service: Euro 25.00 per hour; complete extra change of linen and towels: Euro 20.00 per person; Espresso Coffee set: Euro 50.00.

Keys deposit: Euro 500.00 in cash (It will be refunded on departure, provided that no damages were caused by the client).
