"Host was great. He contacted me when I booked and gave me listing of places to go, things to see in the area. Answered any questions I had promptly. This place was just less than 5 miles from downtown Bar Harbor. I wish the bathroom was a little bigger, not much room to move around in the bathroom. Not much water pressure in shower, but overall was good. The mattress was firm."

"The location was easy to find and quiet. Building and room were well kept, clean and comfortable. The staff and owners were amazing people! They really made you feel welcomed and were happy to make your stay the best! Breakfast and dinner were outstanding. They gave us suggestions for places to visit during our stay and we were not disappointed. The recommendations received were perfect! We plan on coming back as soon as we can. "

"A gem of a spot away from all the traffic of Bar Harbor and still close enough to see the sites of Acadia. Food here was excellent… don’t miss out on the peach cobbler, if you’re there while peaches are in season. The room was comfortable and clean. My husband was surprised there was no TV in the bedroom, but I was glad for the reprieve! The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring our stay was enjoyable and stress free. Joshua, Rachel, Kyla and Dana made our stay superb!"

"Beautiful bnb in the woods. Old school style but very nice. No TVs in rooms and small shower stalls. Lovely ladies in the dining rooms who couldn’t be more helpful. Sunday late afternoons you can listen to a 5 piece band outside in front of the house. Very nice touch. And they serve drinks and lite food there too."

"Nice, clean motel room. Room was large and tastefully decorated. It had a microwave and a small hotel-sized refrigerator and an ice machine outside by the office. Maid brought fresh towels and emptied the trash daily but did not clean the room (you can opt out of this service). It was very quiet and was well outside the heavy tourist traffic found in Bar Harbor. Assigned parking (a single parking slot) is provided right outside the door. This is located only a mile or two from the Acadia...
