"Would not stay here again. I called the hotel multiple times before booking to confirm how a 3:00 AM arrival would be handled and was told it would count as a single-night stay. After arriving, I was given different information and told I would need to pay additional charges to remain through the expected checkout date. "Gorgeous clean hotel, right near the zoo and other places. Our room was spacious and perfectly provided what we needed for a long weekend in Little Rock. Full sized fridge/freezer, microwave and sink in kitchenette, and the bathroom was spacious as well, with a walk in shower. Body wash, shampoo and conditioner, body lotion were all provided and were very nice when we used them. Texts were exchanged with us to check in on us if we needed anything. Will stay again if visiting the city!"

"No breakfast, took me four times to get a room, the bottom ones have sliding glass doors to parking lot with one tiny latch, smelled like smoke, the outside doors are broken so key cards dont work on them, was there 4 days nobody ever cleaned my room, got no new towels , ran out of toilet paper, no down feather alternative pillow, no lotion, no extra anything."

"Serviço de quarto mal feito, so trocaram as toalhas e arrumaram a cama, nao limparam o quarto e nem banheiro, que ja entramos com ele sujo. Alguns funcionarios bem mal educados. Cafe da manha razoavel pelos padroes americanos, suco integral de apenas 1 sabor."
