The main level of the home features a large, open great room with gas log fireplace and furnishings arranged around it, an updated eat-in kitchen, and plenty of space to relax and enjoy the company of your loved ones. There are three bedrooms and two baths on this level as well. The master suite has a King bed and private bathroom, and the Queen and two twin bedroom both share a second full bathroom.

Downstairs you'll find a second gathering room, transformed into a fun game room! Enjoy ping pong, foosball, and darts here along with another big TV. There's also additional sleeping areas here with a futon and a twin/twin bunk bed, as well as a third full bathroom on this floor.

Step outside and enjoy the beautiful mountain views. True to its name, here you'll experience beautiful sunrises! There's a firepit area by the home ready for smores and stories.

Seven Devils Sunrise is centrally located to all that the High Country has to offer. Hawksnest Tubing & Ziplining is just 2 minutes away, and Banner Elk, Valle Crucis, Boone, and the Sugar and Beech ski mountains are within 20 minutes. IMPORTANT NOTES
- Firewood may be added at the time of booking or by reaching out to us more than a week in advance. You receive two wrapped bundles and a firestarter for $25/night.
- Due to the elevation, the Town of Seven Devils requires that all visitors from November-April come prepared with 4WD or AWD, and during inclement weather chains may be required. This home is accessed by a paved road and roads will be plowed with 3"+ of snow after a storm, but it is wise to come prepared for any weather possibility.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided.
- Check in is after 4pm and Checkout is by 10am
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.

CANCELLATION POLICY: 100% refund if cancelled 30+ days in advance; 50% refund if cancelled 15 – 29 days in advance; no refund unless the property rebooks if you cancel within 14 or less days of arrival. ALL CANCELLATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO A $50 CANCELLATION FEE.
