"Property overall was well kept and nice inside enough for family get together and kids TV shows were available. Ample kitchen supplies for coffee, sodas, plates and bowls, etc. Not owners fault but it rained when we got there and Friday at Tweetsie Railroad. It stopped long enough to enjoy the rides and train ride.Please note it up a a moutain rode that due to weather was slick and of course at night was not well lighted.Very nice place, receptive owner, if questions were asked. "I would have given this a 4 because my suite was great except for 2 things, it was very stuffy and hard to cool off and I had a wonderful kitchen but no table to eat on.I had to lower the rating because the night before I left the door knob to my room fell off. I was able to get it back on but the key would no longer unlock the door. I called and emailed but never got a response from 4 Seasons. 4 Seasons not the condo owner is to blame for this."

"We had a wonderful time! The house was perfect, lay out was great! They had everything you could need and more! Our 5 year old son had a blast with the Pac-Man, foosball, hot tub, and movie projector! The views were stunning! The fenced in backyard for the dogs was so nice to have. "Wonderful, comfortable house! We were a little surprised that there was no air-conditioning but once we opened the windows and turned on the ceiling fans, it was very comfortable! "

"We had a wonderful time at Grandview. The view really was stunning and the covered porch allowed us to enjoy it in the rain. When we needed a replacement coffee maker, Michael and Mariam responded and arranged one immediately. The house was very clean, exceptionally well appointed, and was equally accessible for both my grandmother and young children. Check-in and check-out were so easy. Will definitely stay here again!"
