****House did take some damage from hurricane Helene. There is still debris around the house but everything is accessible. Since the storm, the deck and roof have been replaced. Also, the kitchen appliances have been upgraded.****

In the Blue Ridge Mountains' center lies our charming three-bedroom retreat in Beech Mountain, North Carolina. Imagine waking up to the crisp mountain air and the sound of birds chirping, then stepping out onto the deck to take in the stunning views. With easy access to popular attractions like Beech Mountain Resort and the enchanting Land of Oz, you'll have plenty of opportunities to explore the great outdoors and create lasting memories.

Inside, you'll find a fully stocked kitchen, perfect for whipping up delicious meals to enjoy with your loved ones. Unwind in the living room by the fireplace, or catch up on your favorite shows on the TV in the living room or master bedroom. We provide live TV with recording on Youtube TV. The property was as pictured, the views & the home were lovely. The kitchen was well supplied & one of the best we have experienced . The gas grill was well maintained & we made great use of it.The microwave door did not function starting on 7/2 & we had no use of it for the rest of the stay(there was communication about it, but maybe due to the holiday, it didnā€™t get resolved). The house is on the Beech Mountain golf course which had fireworks on July 4 which were ok. The ā€œ communal pool ā€œ in the house listing had a weekly fee that was not stated in the listing and the application for it was time sensitive ( the Club needs 3 business days- their words) to review the request. That was a disappointment as was the response of the host. We discovered Wildcat Lake which is on the grounds of Lees-McRae college which was nearby, lovely & free. Banner Elk is a nice town. We had a wonderful dinner at Stonewalls & a good lunch at The Bayou. We did not get any check- out directions so we did what we thought best re : used linens, trash & the dishwasher. Check out was 11 but there was someone there before that, not sure if she was the cleaner. We did have a wonderful time in these NC Mountains.

A Great Base For Hiking

The property was clean, comfortable, and a great base for long hiking weekend. The deck provided great sunrise views as well as wildlife viewing. Lots of deer and turkeys.

Short Weekend getaway with family

Visited the are as we do every year, but this year was earlier and for a shorter duration. Beech Mountain area is great but a pretty good drive up and down every dayā€¦ so plan your trip up and down the mountain in advance. Great time and great wildlife in the area.

Club House Roac

Great property. Very near the club so taking advantage of their club membership was ideal. We played golf, ate at the club and used the pool several times. Great property for all ages. Wes was very quick to respond and very helpful.

Nice place!

We enjoyed our stay! The house is only a 1 or 2 miles down the street from Beech ski resort made it so convenience for us to travel back and forth with little kiddos. Nice house, very cozy, nice view and very relax! There were no paper towels, toilet papers and trash bags provided with the house we have to go to the local store to get them. Overall, we loved it here and will consider coming back in the future!

Fun First Ski Trip

We had a great time staying at this property with our youngest granddaughter for her first ski trip. The house was warm and cozy providing for wonderful memories of playing games, warming at the fireplace, feeding the deer, and watching the sunrise. We are thankful to the owners for sharing their lovely home!!

Great place for a family

This was very clean and nicely laid out. I have horrible allergies and breathed just fine. The rooms where very spacious and itā€™s a nice drive to the beech mountain. You definitely need four wheel drive as the road is snow covered and has a lot of hills

VIEWS IN PARADISE

WE HAVE BEEN VISITING BEECH MOUNTAIN IN NOVEMBER FOR A NUMBER OF YEARS. WE CHOOSE THIS AREA FOR THE ABUNDANT WILD LIFE AND THIS HOME GAVE US BY FAR THE BEST TWO WEEKS WE HAVE EVER HAD. WHEN WE PULLED IN TO THE DRIVEWAY WE WERE GREETED BY DEER AND WERE VISITED EVERY DAY. THE SNOW WAS AMAZING AND THE HOME WAS SPACIOUS AND INVITING. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A VERY SPECIAL GETAWAY THIS IS AS PURFECT AS YOU CAN FIND. WE CAN'T WAIT TILL OUR NEXT VISIT. WES THANK YOU FOR THIS OPPERTUNITY THAT WAS EVERYTHING AND MORE. Wildlife earned me extra points with friends!

This house was perfect for what we needed and the "welcoming committee" was the best!! The deer heard us talking and unloading and they came to check us out. I had a couple questions for the owner prior to us going and he was very responsive. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Great Getaway

My husband and I enjoyed our escape to the mountains! We didnā€™t visit our usual haunts due to COVID. There are plenty of hiking trails nearby. The pictures of the cabin are accurate and we had everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful week in Beech Mt.

We took advantage of the Labor Day weekend to book a combo get-away and a change of remote office views. The home is wonderful, lacking nothing! Quiet, beautiful views from the deck and daily visits of white tail deer. Several opportunities for day trips and a great local network of trails as well. Wes was a wonderful host, we look forward to our return .

Great place for the family

Well located within a quiet neighborhood. House was as depicted on the site. Large and comfortable. Easy mountain drive to Banner Elk 20+- minutes and 30+- minutes to Boone and Linville. Scenic drive to most local attractions. Neighbors were very friendly and the deer came every day to eat the corn set for them. Even had a mama bear with 4 cubs and another bear visit the house accross the street. Definetly will come again to this property.

Beech Mountain House

The house was perfect. Everything in the details were accurate and the location was great. We went skiing on a long weekend and really enjoyed our stay. I would recommend this house to any group of people.

Beech moutsin getaway

This house was just perfect for our family. It was close to Beech Mountain and other attractions. The deer in the neighborhood were beautiful and the Christmas tree waiting for us was the perfect touch. Kitchen and master bath are spacious and family room and dining area are perfect for families. Would rent here again without question.

Very nice house, great location, nothing to complain about.

Over the years we rented a lot of houses in Beech. This one is and probably will be our favorite. The owners answer all your questions promptly, sometimes in minutes. We only had questions, no problems what so ever to talk about. From 1-10 it's a TEN! John and Natasha
