"Before staying here, I stayed at the Fairmont Gold at Lake Louise; there is a huge difference between a Gold room and a standard one—they really ought to balance things out better. The room was very dusty; we dropped a ring under a piece of furniture, and when we shone a light to look for it, we saw a lot of dirt. They don't leave anything in the room—not even items available for purchase—so we would have had to go to a store to buy things. The shower also lacked water pressure, and the air conditioning was noisy."

"We had an amazing stay in the loft! It’s spacious and perfectly suited for a family. The small kitchen is well-equipped with all the essentials, making it easy to enjoy meals “at home” whenever you like. One of the highlights was definitely the mountain view from the room—it quickly became our favorite spot. We loved spending time on the balcony, especially at sunset. Absolutely breathtaking! The hotel kindly provided us with bus passes, which is a great touch (even though we didn’t end up using them since we had a car). The bus stop is conveniently located right in front of the hotel, and the city center is just a quick 5-minute drive away. Another big plus for us: there’s a playground right in front of the room, which was perfect since we were traveling with a child. It made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly loved everything and will definitely come back!"
