Guest Access:

You'll have access to the ENTIRE UPPER SUITE with some shared spaces such as the backyard. Please note there is another UNIT in the lower suite. These are two separate suites, completely sectioned off, and with separate entrances. Parking and backyard is shared at times when both levels are reserved.



The Neighborhood:

Located in the heart of Ontario, tucked away from the bustle of the big city but close enough to visit. Central to several mid-sized cities and halfway between Toronto and Ottawa, Bancroft offers the tranquility of the Canadian Shield with all the amenities of a modern community. Bancroft was built alongside the same York River that this house overlooks.



Directly across from the river from this UNIT is the main park where most of the concerts and events are held. Behind the house are many walking trails and a pedestrian bridge reinforced for snowmobilers and walkers alike.



Getting Around:

Bancroft is a small town and many necessities are within walking distance however there's plenty of parking for multiple vehicles in the driveway.



Other Things to Note:

• Please make sure to read and explore your Boarding Pass for detailed check-in ( and check out ) instructions and other information you need during and after your stay.



• Please note: The BBQ grill is only available during the SUMMER season. It is removed and stored for the winter.



• Although we provide the best WIFI possible in the area, the reliability cannot be guaranteed as it is provided by a third party company. 🛜



• There’s plenty of parking out front, but make sure you leave a spot for the guests in the lower suite. You know, sharing is caring—especially when both suites are booked. 🚙

If you plan to bring two or more vehicles, we kindly ask that you make the necessary arrangements to secure additional parking as needed. We truly appreciate your cooperation and consideration for all guests. 😎



We understand that accidents can happen during your stay, and we want to ensure that both you and the property are protected.

For your peace of mind, we offer two options:

1) Non-refundable Damage Waiver: For a small fee, this waiver covers accidental damages (up to $250) during your stay.

2) Refundable Safety Deposit: A credit card hold, that will be refunded upon a successful property inspection after your stay.

These options will be presented to you through our Guest App after booking.



Interaction with Guests:

Just to set proper expectations, our support line is available only until 2 am.
