She complained again at 2am and was told that we could move to another room

"Samet Nangshe is truly one of the most breathtaking locations in Thailand. The panoramic views overlooking Phang Nga Bay are absolutely spectacular, especially at sunrise. Watching the sun rise over the limestone islands is an unforgettable experience and something everyone visiting this part of Thailand should see at least once.
The peaceful atmosphere and natural beauty make this destination feel incredibly special. It's an ideal place to escape the busy tourist areas, relax, and appreciate...

"An absolutely character filled accommodation. Its unique from the location, to the rooms, to the most delightful breakfast received. We arrived in the dark night during a most intense downpour. It was difficult to get to the reception area, then to the room, and thoroughly drenched by the time we were able to have a hot shower; which was also outdoors, under the rain! The morning showed a beautiful scene of the little lake we were on and all the fish below. It was the best thing to receive a...

"Bad and degradated hotel. Room with poor tv, uncomfortable bed, bad shower. The worst: food in this place. We had intoxication with the noodles shrimp. The pool had lights getting down inside water. The beach is beautifull, but full of rubish, plastic and much more. The hotel have 6 sunchairs at beach, surounded by plastic garbish. Breakfast is poor and you have to pay extra to get a coffee."
