"I love the breakfasts at Holiday Inn Express, but the room was not deep cleaned. The bathtub had orange gunk growing in the corner, the bathroom fan was filthy with dust, and it smelled musty in the room. This may be because it was a pet room. We do appreciate that they allow pets, but the smell was more musty than dog. A nice property outside the room, and just a bit of spring cleaning would make the whole property worth returning."

"The breakfast was fresh and a complete breakfast, rather than a continental breakfast. The beds are super comfortable and the pillows are perfect. A surprisingly quiet hotel across from a large hotel."

"I've stayed in this hotel many times over the years. The night I checked in, at 10pm, for my pre-paid 4 night stay I somehow had misplaced my credit card during the trip from Dallas to be used for "incidentals" and didn't have it with me. Granted, I stayed there 10 days before and am a Gold Member with Choice Awards. The individual manning the desk wouldn't let me check in without the card. Regardless of any of my credentials, history and pre-payment status. She said there were "rules" that had...
