We also have privileges to the Shoals Club that is available for separate purchase if the 14 miles of BHI beaches are just not enough. We have a great floor plan with the living, dining and kitchen on the first floor. A few steps up is a half bath, laundry area and a large master suite. The top floor has 3 more bedrooms containing 2 queens, and one room with a full size day bed with a twin trundle. You are 250FT away from the docks! We hope you enjoy our home as much as we do!
