"Bleach odor was over-powering and gave us a headache!!Check-in process was not communicated via VRBO app as promised which required me to contact them via multiple phone calls and emails, creating undue stress. (Truly not a VRBO rental :/ )Non-early check-in (1 hour would’ve been nice), which a hotel would’ve allowed, and this place was more like a long-stay hotel, not a VRBO. One staffer said “yes” to our room being ready, then retracted the offer.What’sApp preferred communication method but...

"Plusses: very clean, near beach, Minuses: sterile, uncomfortable, and minimal decor, drilling sounds from work being done, terrace looks out on a parking lot and is below an overpass, front desk staff are unpleasant, reading lamp by bed not functional, walls thin - could hear baby screaming in next room"

"Very close to the beach- 3-4 minute. Great chairs and towels once you get there. Rooms are clean and kitchen is well stocked with cookware. Bathroom is new like the entire building. We didn’t use the small pool."
