Fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, comfortable beds, and effective A/C and fans (we visited on a heat advisory day). The building is a short walk to the capitol and other amenities. "The bathroom was totally unacceptable and the whole building had an odor. I don't require the Ritz, but I also don’t do 49 a night motels. The mold on the shower curtain was totally unacceptable and the shower head hasn’t been cleaned in who knows how long. We spent the night Friday night out of necessity because we got into town so late and we left early the next morning. So we booked the room for 2 nights and only stayed 8 hours. "Brenda's place was perfect for our stay during LSU graduation weekend. She provided a welcoming space for me and my family. The beds were super comfy and each bedroom having it's own bathroom came in handy for several girls trying to get ready each morning. Despite the location being on a super busy street, the townhouses are tucked behind a business and fencing - making it surprisingly quiet. Thank you Brenda for a fantastic stay!"
