"What a wonderful place. The staff is absolute angels, they are very hospitable and accommodating, they go above and beyond to ensure everyone enjoys their stay and feels like home. Nice and clean room (we stayed in the Deluxe room) The food is REALLY good if you like the lokal cuisine, you have to try It!! Only minus was a lack of other guests, due to the covid situation😕 More People would make the athmosphere here even better😊"

"Beautiful setting. I was a bit confused about advertised lake who is actually not on the property and holds little for guests. Pool area was wonderful very quiet with trees and birds. Heinz was most helpful in sugges outings and arranging driver. A few niggles: Breakfasts like all in Sri Lanka could use some tweaking with toast presented first to go cold and items not offered but available such as tomatoes or bacon: readily provided when requested. "Via een landweggetje kom je op een plek met een prachtige tuin en een groot huis. De ontvangst door Kumare is hartelijk. Het huis heeft zeer ruime kamers en goede algemene ruimtes, zoals een zitkamer/ eetkamer en mooie veranda’s. Authentiek ingericht. Je kunt ontbijt en diner bestellen, heerlijke bbq, koffie volop etc. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding is zeer goed. Echt een aanrader!"
