Our scenic 3 bedroom modern mountain cabin provides gorgeous mountain views, an 8-person private hot tub, 2 fire pits, movie room, and game room complete with a pool table** and a dart board. Plus an outdoor log cabin and 3 spacious queen beds and one cozy king. All in a great mountain location less than an hour from Denver and only 40 mins to Red Rocks Ampitheatre.

**NOTE pool table is scheduled to be installed by May 1.
The space
Overview:

This warm and cozy cabin is perfect for entertaining with a great room/open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, and multiple large windows to enjoy the beautiful mountain vistas. Step outside and take in the mountain fresh air on one of the two decks. The upper deck has 5 Adirondack chairs with a fire pit and a BBQ with sweeping mountain views. The lower deck has 2 Adirondack chairs plus a 8-person hot tub.


Upper Level:

The main living space is upstairs on the upper level. With the open floor plan, the arrangement is great for entertaining and socializing. The kitchen has a gas stove, oven, dishwasher, plenty of cabinets, and counter space, and is fully equipped with all the necessary kitchen accessories. The modern dining area with a nice wood table comfortably seats 8. Also in this vaulted living room is a cozy leather sectional, 2 oversized armchairs, a wood-burning fireplace, leather ottoman and a new flat-screen TV, ready with streaming services, and WiFi.

Just off the living room is the upper deck for outdoor entertaining, in the non-winter months it is nicely furnished with 4 chairs, a gas powered firepit, and a BBQ grill. The stairs running down from the upper deck bring you down to the driveway.

Also, on the 2nd floor is the kitchen and full bathroom, which is located in the hallway between the living room & kitchen and the 2 upstairs bedrooms, one with a queen and one with a queen.


Lower Level:

On the lower level you will find the game room (living room #2), movie room, full bathroom and bunk room (2 queens). The game room opens to the lower deck which houses the 8-person hot tub.


Parking:

The carport accomodates 1 vehicle but you can fit another 3 cars in the driveway.
