"Our time at this home was very enjoyable. Everything was clean and it felt very comfortable. Barry has set up the house well and, for us, the location was exactly what we were wanting. The views from inside and outside are wonderful. Would recommend!"

"We traveled over from Denver looking for some quiet and space. This property offered both in abundance, and was clean and comfortable. We also appreciated the location equidistant between Alma and Fairplay, as we were able to run into both towns easily. Communication was easy, polite, and responsive as well."

"Great location and plenty of room for 3 couples. Clean and well equipped with everything you need. Quiet location where you can hike right from the house. Dog friendly too! Very much enjoyed our stay and would stay there again"

"How do I even start this review honestly? This house, and its location is magical. Every single second of every day spent here was amazing. We woke up and saw rainbows, snow falling miles away on the peaks, heard and saw wildlife and farm animals, saw the milky way galaxy, all while feeling right at home in this beautiful house. It is well furnished, looks great, and is comfortable for the entire family. The beds are nice and the showers and hot tub are fantastic. Overall, pretending to live on...

"We had a small wedding on the deck then kicked everyone out so we could relax for a few days. The house is gorgeous and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It was perfect!"

"We as a small family with dogs enjoyed our stay very much. The home was just as seen by n the Vrbo photos. The owners were excellent with communication! We’d love to stay again in soon!"

"My husband and I stayed here for our mini honeymoon and we couldn't have chosen a better place. The house is beautiful, it had everything we needed, not to mention it was in a great location. We were able to fully relax and watch the sunset each night on the back deck. Our dogs loved the open space and had a blast running around. Highly recommend!"

"We stayed over 2 weeks and enjoyed the house immensely. The layout made it feel comfortable with a good size kitchen and living room. The beds were comfortable. You need all wheel/4 wheel drive to get there. We were in a Jeep and had no issues. 30 minutes over the pass to Beaver Run Peak 9 parking lot."

"Beautiful, quiet and private. The house it was spacious and clean and was exactly how it was described in the listing. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Great location, close to GREAT fishing and hiking spots. Host is verry helpful in every situation, always i highly recommended staying here with a family or a friend. We look forward to coming back here next year.."
