Escape to our private 3-bedroom mountain retreat at 9,263 ft! This cabin comfortably fits 6, featuring a luxury hot tub, 360-degree views from a rooftop deck, and a cozy fireplace. Enjoy high-speed Starlink internet, a designer kitchen, and two living areas. Perfect for families or groups seeking a serene Colorado getaway with modern amenities and breathtaking scenery.

Welcome to the Cabin in the Blue Sky, your private mountain retreat. The spacious interior features honeyed 1940s logs and offers two separate living areas. Gather for cozy conversations by the fireplace in the main room (firewood provided) or find a quiet moment to relax in the sunroom.

The cabin has three comfortable bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: King bed (Main Level)
Bedroom 2: Queen bed (Main Level)
Bedroom 3: Full-size bed (Downstairs, with private bathroom)

The downstairs bedroom offers extra privacy with its own bathroom, complete with a washer and dryer.

Prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped designer kitchen, stocked with spices, or use the outdoor cooking area with its grill and smoker.

For your entertainment and comfort, the cabin is equipped with:
High-speed Starlink internet and reliable cell service
A 55-inch HDTV with Amazon Prime Video and Fire TV
A Sonos 6-speaker sound system
Family-friendly games including cornhole, darts,

You will have exclusive access to the entire cabin and its three distinct outdoor areas. This includes:
The rooftop deck with its stunning 360-degree views.
The large lower deck with its luxury hot tub and dining furniture.
The terraced front yard with its comfortable seating and cooking area.

We respect our guests' privacy but are available via phone or message if you need anything during your stay. We want to ensure you have a comfortable and memorable visit.

We highly recommend bringing enough food and beverages to last for your entire stay. While major grocery stores are a short drive away, guests often find they never want to leave once they arrive.

The luxury hot tub is easy to use, featuring a hydraulic-assist hard cover and a handrail with steps for safe and simple entry and exit.

Calm and Relaxing

Rich was a great host. We were looking for some down, quiet time and the cabin exceeded our expectations. The view from the sky deck every morning while we had coffee was amazing!

Thanksgiving in the Colorado mountains!:

My family of four had the most amazing time at Rich’s property. One of our daughters moved to Denver as a recent college grad. We wanted to come her way and celebrate together. The cabin is VERY cozy and spacious with all the amenities. We were able to feel at home even for being so far away from home. Rich is extremely responsive. The kitchen is well stocked and big so we could cook together with plenty of room. The master bedroom is spacious with a vaulted ceiling and beautiful furniture and a king bed. The whole place is stocked with whatever you could possibly need. And the views of the mountains is breathtaking. There are other properties nearby but it’s still extremely private. I would 10000% recommend staying here. Thank you Rich and family for making this so easy!:)

AMAZING VIEWS

Beautiful View

The cabin was just what we were looking for....rustic and a beautiful 360 view of the mountains. Cabin was very well stocked with everything needed to prepare a meal. We had a fabulous time and the owner was great, stay in touch and was willing to help with what ever was needed. I would defiantly stay again. Thank you Rich for a wonderful vacation.

Lovely relaxing cabin

Myself & 4 adult kids stayed at this cabin for a relaxing 5 days. It was a great place to stay to just unplug. We attended a concert in Morrison and spent the rest of the time enjoying the wildlife, peace and rest.

OTHER SIDE OF THE VALLEY

After staying on the other side of the valley, we switched to this property for our week and a half because of the availability. WHAT A GREAT SPOT! Faced the opposite way then usual we were blessed with great views from this cabin. The roof line goes to the top of the trees and then when you get up on the top of the Crow's Nest porch you get a full 360 degree look at the valley and mountains. Great place to relax and have a cocktail after a long drive. The owner told us everything we needed and the place was just so. Everything that we needed and more! Great place for jumping off to Red Rocks, Maroon Bells and the Georgetown Train tour that we had planned. Not Aspen or Vail nor Breckenridge but far more peaceful and out of the way! I have long preferered the Bailey area and it's people. I will gladly book my next trip in Colorado here! By the way somebody in the household is a foodie. We will have a cook-off one day!

Secluded mountain home

We loved our stay! It was very private and we could enjoy the hot tub without neighbors. The wildlife was so fun to watch, even while we were in the hot tub they were 10 ft away just chilling. Rich was a great host and was available if we needed anything, but the cabin was well stocked and we didn’t need to bother him. I have told many friends and family that they should go visit and I plan on going back.

Perfect Place to Relax

This was everything we expected and a great place to unwind and recharge after a long and hot Texas summer. Rich made us aware of every detail necessary to insure we were able to use and enjoy the property as it was intended. Hopefully we can make a return in the future! Thanks!

Beautiful cabin close to Red Rocks and all popular mountain ranges

We really enjoyed this cabin. Loved the kitchen for cooking daily breakfast, very well stocked with all cookware and cutlery. They have a great spice cabinet! We cooked out on the grill and loved being high on top of the mountain for great views! Daily wildlife was a real treat and we absolutely loved the observation deck for sunrise in the morning and star gazing at night. The hot tub was awesome after our wonderful hikes in various mountain ranges we visited. We would come back to this VRBO property, owner Rich was great and communication was always timely when we needed anything. He had some great recommendations for us!

Comfortable home with great views, very relaxing place to stay

Our family consisted of five adults. We enjoyed the space as there was plenty of room to spread out. We just wanted a place to relax, and this house fit the bill. Plenty of places to curl up with a book or I-pad. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook for ourselves inside or on the grill, nice selection of spices,plenty of dishware and cookware. Games and cards were a nice touch. The decks are very nice for enjoying the outdoors, each had plenty of seating, and cushions for comfort. Hot tub was clean, and warm. The only downside is that the near by homes can be noisy (even though out of sight). We heard construction machinery often, and barking dogs everyday. I enjoyed the rooster crowing at the neighbors, but some people may not. The owner was very friendly, helpful and responsive. Any issues and he was just a text message away.

Family Time

This place was just great. It was the kids favorite spot on our whole trip to Colorado. We loved being near the forest, enjoyed the view, and loved not being able to hear the highway. It was perfect for us! The house is well stocked with everything you might need and the owner was very quick to respond and attentive to details.

A Little Piece of Heaven

Rich, the property owner, was an absolute pleasure to work with and went above and beyond to make our experience amazing. Truly one of the best trips I’ve ever taken. The property is beyond words, a little piece of Heaven. Still your soul and quiet yourself and you can feel the power of nature. It was a spiritual experience for myself and my friends and can’t be explained in simple words. We have a new friend, an Elk who came to visit, we named Navaeh. Truly spectacular location and host!
