-Unique, modern architecture of Villa Vista Milagrosa (villa with miraculous view) is both stunning and functional, designed like an airplane to capture ocean and mountain breezes. We stayed at many local properties while designing our home to ensure we had the features we felt mattered the most and the features that would survive in the jungle. Our home sits on a ridge overlooking the Pacific in a guard gated community, faces the ocean in the front, with mountains behind us, allowing us to capture the breezes that come across the ocean and up the mountain ridge. We lovingly brought down every faucet and light fixture from the states because we discovered that the ocean can be harsh, and access to quality was not always available locally, including such things as electric screens, appliances, etc.

We offer local Ojochal off-site property managers, who ensure Villa Vista Milagrosa delivers an excellent guest experience. They will meet you in the village of Ojochal and orient you to the property and surrounding area. Then they will give you privacy to enjoy your vacation as you see fit. We now have Starlink wifi which ensures better wifi reliability in the jungle. 4-wheel drive is necessary in the southern zone, don't let anyone convince you otherwise, especially if you are adventure seeking or simply want to go to one of the 7 nearby beaches and national parks. Roads can be devastating to non- 4 wheel drive vehicles!

-Ocean views, mountain views, sunsets certain months depending on sun location. VVM is about 14 degrees north of the equator; sun rises at 530ish and sets by 7 pm.
-Screens on ALL windows ( check for this if you rent from someone else!)
-Well equipped kitchen, with ample dishware, plasticware and cuisinart/viking cooking tools
-Propane cooktop, electric oven, microwave
-All pictures of animals were taken from our property; Howlers in unison about 5:30 every morning; many guests sleep through them but we highly recommend rising early to hear them at least once!

-Easy access by 4 wheel drive to at least 7 beaches (Whales Tail, Arco, Playa Ventanas, Playa Colonia, Playa Tortuga, and more.... Tortuga beach sits at the foot of Ojochal, about 7 minute drive. other beaches are within 20 minutes.
-Grocery store, liquor stores, ammenities in Ojocha village ( at the base of our ridge), Uvita ( 13 Km) and Dominical, (17 km) away
-The Osa pennisula ( Drake Bay and San Josecito) offer untamed fishing, hiking, and camping experiences.
-Golfing: nearby San Buenas Golf 9 hole play amidst the rainforest.
-Nearby ziplining, horseback riding, OSA waterfalls, mangrove tours, whale watching
-Manuel Antonio National Park is an easy day trip away ( about 45 minutes)
