"We loved it here!! The sunsets were absolutely stunning. The owner was super nice and if we had any questions or needed anything a staff member was there quickly to help. The villa had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We rented a 2x4 car and was able to get there, you just have to give it some gas in a couple of places. Highly recommend staying here. "

"This place is a gem. Our room cabin number 1 was huge. Ac and hot water worked perfectly. The host was extremely helpful. We were steps from the beach, parrots flying in the early morning. The room had everything you could need. There were restaurants very nearby. And one on site. Our favorite was the Native bar next to the beach. "

" We stayed at Ballena Rey Hotel from December 14–18 in Unit 9 while traveling from Canada to do some scuba diving in Uvita, and we had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. Housekeeping came every day to clean the room and provide fresh towels, which we really appreciated after long days of diving.
