There are direct views of Cano Island and the mesmerizing Osa Peninsula from this area, and it isn't uncommon, at the right time of year, to see migrating whales from the upstairs room. Other common visitors to the property include monkeys, toucans, pizotes, butterflies and frogs.

All 3 bedrooms are located on the second floor of the house. Each room features an on-suite bathroom and air conditioning. Two of the bedrooms have king beds and the third room features a queen mattress. The full-equipped kitchen, with a dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, coffee pot, blender and plenty of cooking gear, is also located on the middle floor. This is also a great place to sit back and relax while catching movies or sitcoms on the large, flat-screen television in the living room.

Down below, on the ground-level floor, is a washer and dryer unit as well as an additional restroom.

San Martin Mirador is located between the towns of Domincal and Uvita. From the coastal highway, it takes about 5 minutes to reach the property. The nearest beach is just down the road and is wide open to visitors. There's a great chance you could stroll out to this beach at any time and have the entire place to yourself. There are all kinds of other fantastic beaches to the north and south, all less than a 30-minute drive away.
