"The house exceeded our expectations. It was clean, well appointed and well stocked with coffee, toiletries and paper goods. The neighborhood was quiet and the beds were comfortable. The location was perfect for visiting relatives. The host Bob was very nice and responsive to all questions. We would definitely stay here again."

"We really enjoyed our stay. Our host did an outstanding job making us feel welcome, and the property was exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect with a huge lawn right on the Chena River! We enjoyed relaxing on the deck, our kids enjoyed paddleboarding on the river, and our dog enjoyed exploring the spacious yard. The home itself has a unique, old time Alaska feel to it, and the beds were very comfortable. I enjoyed reading some of the articles hanging up about the history...

"This treehouse was a wonderful stay. The check-in was easy, just a code for the door. Made it very easy when my plane landed at 0200 and an exhausted traveler just wanted to sleep. The house was warm and welcoming. Spacious enough for me. The bed was so comfortable. The kitchenette was well stocked. The host was very responsive to my questions. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Room is clean restroom is clean. Walkable to Fred Mayer and taco bell. Owners are friendly. Would have been even better if there is a small water bottle or provision to fill water but this is just a suggestion. If you have a choice to choose between a hostel and this room with few dollars price difference I would strongly suggest to go for this room for all the advantages it offers. I was in similar boat hence suggesting :) "

"Great location, easy check in, even with arriving at 1am. The apartment is well supplied, has everything you need for a multi day stay. The owner was very kind and responsive. It is a basement apartment so can hear the tenants above and the boiler for the building but it wasn’t a problem-just something to be aware of if you are sensitive to noise. We will definitely stay here again."

"I loved the location of this property. It was far enough from the city to enjoy nature but not so far as to make it inconvenient. It was so close to Murphy Dome to enjoy the beautiful views from the top. The inside of the space was beautiful and clean and everything functioned properly. Thanks for a wonderful stay!"

"We had an amazing stay. Raspberry Acres was very comfortable and our hosts were wonderful. The horses and pups amd chickens were welcome companions as we walked the property from time to time. We truly enjoyed our stay here and it provided everything we needed...just like home! We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Alaska! Thank you, Kathy! "
