"Wow what a resort! This place does it right!! It's first class.
The hotel is phenomenal. The grounds are gorgeous, the rooms are spacious and the beach is incredible.
The staff are lovely.

Free minibar and snacks, replenished daily. Staff come in and turn down your bed every night leaving a little sweet treat on your pillow. Theres a free bus into town each day.

"My superior sapa room was lovely, clean, and well appointed. Very comfortable bed, great shower and the decor all very tropical. Staff were excellent- helpful, attentive, friendly and spoke English. Restaurant had a full menu with both western and Vietnamese options to suit everyone. Breakfast is included and again has lots of options. The resort is beautiful and kept impeccably clean. The ocean did have a bit of litter in it but that went away once the winds picked up. Really enjoyed my stay...

"La chambre avec vue sur mer était extraordinaire, les plages magnifiques. L’hôtel est un tout-compris avec buffet. Une grosse partie de la clientèle provient de Russie. Si vous n’avez pas payé pour un tout-compris, et êtes un pauvre petit Québécois, vous sentirez étranger en ces lieux. Les activités sont bilingues, vietnamiens et russes.
