"This hotel needs alot of help.
Dirty sundeck with dirty old furniture.
The room is outdated with old carpets.
No in room coffee makers.
Non working AC, when i called the front desk tgey said they would come up to check. They never showed.
There is a coffee machine in lobby but they had run out of coffee beans. Poor service. "

"The toilet paper was like sandpaper and I’m a 65 year old women with long nails, I couldn’t flush the toilet because it had the push buttons on the top and my fingers would not fit to push the buttons down. I had to use the toilet paper roll holder bar to flush toilet. The king bed only had two pillows instead of 4. They had no ice because the desk guy decided to clean it and shut it off and didn’t bag any for the guests."

"Staff was friendly upon check-in. The room was spacious and clean. The room was renovated with a modern aesthetic and the furnishings are well thought out. The hotel appears to be going through some renovations but we were not interrupted in any way. Would suggest more cleaning around light switches and door handles. Also sound proofing doors as it did get a little noisy in the mornings. "

"We had an amazing time at the hotel. The whole loft idea is great. Rooms are spacious and clean.
We used pretty much all the amenities: pool, hot tub, games room, EV charger, even the ice machine. Zero issues. They all worked pretty well.
The highlight of our stay was how friendly and helpful the staff is, from check-in to check-out.
