With a new bench, the rooftop deck is perfect for soaking up the sun and stealing a few peaceful moments to rest in the wind. The screened porch below has been recently updated with new furnishings and decor.

The ground level greets you with a carport, a lockable storage area for kayaks and surfboards, a fish-cleaning station, and a utility room. There's a private outdoor shower with hot and cold water as well as a separate entrance to the basement, which houses the washer/dryer.

Inside, Bird Haus features a convenient, single-level floor plan. The open living area has recently updated decor and a 55-inch TV. The nicely equipped kitchen offers updated hardware and small appliances, as well as a two-seat breakfast bar that divides the kitchen from the charming dining area with a window-side table. Each of the two bedrooms has a Roku TV.
