"Perfect spot to stay with my 2 big dogs! Very clean, close to the beach and in a very quiet area. Everyone around was super friendly. Owner responded quickly and was very accommodating! Would definitely stay here again!"

"This is a great property for those looking for an OBX property that isn’t ginormous. Definitely an updated older beach home, with nice updated decor. Under-house entertaining and game room were nice features. Host is highly attentive. The property is next to a somewhat busy road on one side, but that also allowed for easy access to walking trails. Beach was a very short walk and didn’t involve crossing any roads. We had a great time. "

"Clean and great location "

"We loved our stay! Such a pretty house in a secluded area that’s less than half a mile from the beach. There’s a sports store right next door that has everything you need for rentals (also they give you 10% off if you mention youre staying here), golf cart rentals that are walking distance, ice cream, bar & grill, etc. We loved the fire pit, hammocks, and of course used the hot tub :) The hosts are also super helpful with questions… Can’t wait to visit again and will definitely bring our pups...

"Stayed here for a week with the the whole family (two kids under 10 and five adults). The house was exactly what we expected and great for our trip. We especially loved the location just down the street from the beach and sound. We made most of our own meals while staying, utilizing both the kitchen and the Blackstone (though my husband notes the attached side pieces on the grill get hot so he needed a side table for plates). "Amazing sunsets and sound views from the back deck! The convince of the elevator for loading and unloading was a bonus since there are 3 floors. The house is beautiful and each room had its own bathroom which was great for our family which had 5 couples. The Beach access is a bit of a hike in the heat and not for individuals who can’t climb over sand dunes but there were plenty of beaches to drive to that had easier access. "The house was wonderful! Check-in was easy and the host very quick to respond when we had questions. Location was great, we were 5 minutes from ramp 49 and getting to/from the beach was so simple. "

"Comfortable home! Great location! Owners responsive. Our family of 7 enjoyed our week in OBX! We went to the beach, swam for hours in the pool & hot tub, enjoyed local adventures (kayaking & jet skiing) and spent the evenings basking in the cotton candy sunsets. "Getting to the property was easy.. even with the shared driveway you knew where to go.. upon arriving the house looks exactly like the pictures. My family and I loved all the deck space. We spent mornings and nights reading out there. The pool area was great. Plenty of space. Better than most pools in OBX. "We enjoyed our stay. Cristina was a wonderful host and we really appreciated her excellent communication and how well she accomodated our group. The house was absolutely adorable and very comfortable. We also loved how close it was to the beach - just a short 7-min walk! The fact that the bech felt so private was a real bonus. "

"Fabulous location and great views. One note is that the A/C is rather loud in the upstairs ocean view room. Also…perhaps a prompt in the listing would be helpful that there are beach chairs and a beach tent in the bedroom cupboard. We found them as we were leaving. Overall wonderful place to have celebrated 3 birthdays and a graduation!! "
