"We really enjoyed our stay here. The room itself was very clean as well as the lobby and other common areas. They had higher quality products in the room like shampoo and conditioner. The staff were very nice and welcoming. Parking was very easy and itâs in a newer development so traffic wasnât bad at all."
"This is a recently renovated Gold Rush era hotel, very quaint and authentic. The rooms and bathrooms have been updated to modern standards which is nice, but have authentic period decor/antiques. The town is VERY small and cute, extremely quiet (in general) and a walkable historic self-guided tour. It makes a great base of operations for exploring the area.
A couple of things to know: it is 3 story, but because of the age, there is no elevator (typical with Gold Rush era hotels). They have one...

"Great location, easy to walk everywhere. Bar and restaurant next door are also owned by the hotel which was nice. Price is high for room types compared to other high end hotels but everything was clean and service was great! Would recommend."
