New Luxury Apartment over Target in Downtown Auburn - 202

There is nothing like this in Auburn! The brand new Godbold Building in downtown Auburn offers a Target on the first floor with three floors of luxury apartments above. Park in a private parking space right outside the building and enter the luxurious lobby on the first floor. Floor to ceiling windows capture the essence of Auburn and put you in the center of the excitement.

Smart design with an open concept living area makes this the perfect place to enjoy the city from a private oasis. Views of College Street, Toomer's Corner, and Auburn's campus/ Samford Hall are out various windows throughout the apartments.

202 offers a West view looking towards the stadium and has a private balcony!

BEDROOM SET UP:

There are 2 bedrooms in this unit. Both are furnished with a King size bed. Pottery Barn & Serena and Lily furnishings as well as Pottery Barn mattresses and bedding outfit each unit.

This set-up comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests. Traveling with a larger group and need more space? We manage all 11 short term rentals in the building. Message us to ask for more details!

The unit includes a kitchen as well as most cooking basic you might need during your stay.

There is a 55in flat screen television in the living room with a complete cable and internet package included.

You will have access to the entire unit. This unit is a self-check-in unit. A code will be provided upon check in to access the unit.

One parking space is provided with each apartment rental. There is overflow parking available in the new parking deck across the street (The Wright Street Parking Deck - 140 Wright St)

This unit is within immediate walking distance of the downtown Target, Publix, Toomer's Corner, and Auburn University as well as local downtown favorites such as Tacorita, Southeastern, and Therapy an Auburn Boutique.

All linens, towels, and household essentials are provided. A starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, soaps etc. will be provided. Please bring your own/additional if you have a preference or will be staying for an extended period.

Great place! Elevator not working

Easy check in and checkout. Clean, great location. The only complaint is that the elevator was not working. One guest said it had not worked the whole week she had been in the building. Climbing stairs with luggage was not fun.

Great location

Decoration of the until and the location were outstanding. Right in the middle of the action downtown. That being said, in one of the bedrooms you could definitely hear the boom boom of the sky bar until late at night,but they did provide sound machines that really helped drown out the noise. Would stay there again.

Great Location!

This apartment is beautiful and has all the essentials you need! Centrally located walking distance from shops and restaurants. Amanda was an awesome host! She even accommodated me when I needed to check in a date early. I would definitely visit this property again or any she is affiliated with!

We loved this VRBO! Location was perfect, unit was amazing ! My only comment and not even a complaint is that I wish they had curtains in the bedroom! The surrounding buildings had lights on all night that shined in the windows. I just covered my head!

Wonderful Auburn Stay

Lovely, well-appointed property, centrally located near downtown Auburn, and just minutes away from Auburn University. Check-in and check-out processes were incredibly easy, and the accommodations were clean, spacious, bright, and tastefully designed. Parking was easy, and we really enjoyed our stay. We would totally consider coming back!

Simply perfect!

The condo is so lovely, clean and bright! If I could have moved in I would have! Amazing location literally steps to the university, shops and restaurants. I plan to rent it as often as I can when I return.

Nice Apartment, but LOUD

There is plenty of space and is very comfortable. Location is great for walking to campus and enjoying local attractions. However, the bar located directly behind the apartment is a noise issue. The sound machines provided in the apartment did not work. We tried everything to get them to turn on, but no luck. After one sleepless night, I went to Target and purchase ear plugs in order to get any sleep the second night. Also, the bright lights in the parking lot behind the apartment are on all night. With only blinds in the windows, there is a lot of light that filters through. Curtains would have been nice to help darken the room. This, coupled with the loud music from the bar, made sleeping very difficult. The only other suggestion would be to provide a corkscrew for opening a wine bottle. We assume a "furnished" kitchen would have this basic item.
